We largely provide a click and collect system for all orders but should you need your item posted, please note details below.

We dispatch all orders made before 2.00pm on a weekday (Monday-Friday) the same day using DPD or Royal Mail. You can choose from the options below which service you require.
Orders made after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Once an order is placed we are unable to make changes to your order or stop the order from being processed.
However, you may return any unused goods within 14 days of receiving them for exchange or refund.

We do not refund for any costs associated with the return of any items being sent back to us.
All items must be returned with a tracking number and proof of postage. This must be kept safe by you the sender until the return is accepted and processed . Long Waves hair extensions are not held liable for any returned items that do not arrive to our registered address and are not held liable for any damaged parcels in transit.

  • 3-5 Working Days by Royal Mail - £3.98
    Delivery time: 3 - 5 Working Days
    (No weekend deliveries)

    Only for orders £50 or less. The average delivery time is currently 3-5 days, but occasionally a parcel takes longer. Items are not considered lost until 20 working days have passed.

  • 1-2 Working Days DPD - £6.98
    Delivery time: Usually next day but can take longer and is not a guaranteed next day service.
    (No weekend deliveries)

    Before 2pm on Friday’s will be delivered the following Monday onwards.
    After 2pm on Friday’s will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday onwards delivery.

  • Next Working Day before 1pm Royal Mail - £9.49
    Delivery time: by 1pm Next Working Day

DPD

Predict & Follow My DPD Parcel provides you with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email so you don’t have to wait in all day for your DPD parcel !! What's more, it enables receivers to watch the progress of their delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot.
If you wish to reschedule, you can:

  • Select an alternative delivery date

  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour

  • Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop

  • Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday

POSTAGE / SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

International orders are sent via signed for service at the flat rate cost of £20 for weights up to 2kg (we are unable to send parcels that exceed 2kg due to postage restrictions - if your parcel exceeds 2kg we will contact you)

International orders may be subject to your own countries import charges based on your destination, as those exempt from paying UK tax on products will be liable for their own import tax. This is the responsibility of the customer to check and pay the relevant import tax.

RETURNS

IMPORTANT
The returns terms and conditions set out below apply solely to individuals purchasing goods for their own use. If you are buying goods for your business, salon or for the purpose to apply them to another individual in the course of your work, it is a business to business transaction and as such is exempt from Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations). Business to Business terms are for those holding a Trade Account or using a trade code. For B2B (Trade) returns please see section “Business to Business returns” further down the page.

We have a no quibble 14 day return policy so that you can return any UNUSED goods to us for either exchange or refund. All items must be returned with a tracking number and proof of postage. This must be kept safe by you the sender until the return is accepted and processed.
Long Waves can not be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us and are not obligated to process an exchange or refund when we do not receive returns. We do not refund for any costs associated with the return of any items being sent back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns must be returned in fit for resale purpose. For hygiene reasons, we can not accept any products back that have been worn or removed from the gold ties/hygiene tags and the item(s) must be returned in its original packaging. By removing any gold ties/hygiene tags from products, the purchaser is accepting that they have received the goods, they are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. It is therefore important that the product is fully checked before being applied.

Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of the Returns Policy or deemed unsaleable will be returned to you and you will be liable for the return postage of re-sending the returned goods back to yourself. Where return postage cost of unacceptable goods is not made within 30 days we will dispose of any said items.
